If you are ever not completely satisfied with the quality of the products you order or receive damaged products, just let us know by sending us an email at hello@cannedgoodsoap.com

To help us process your return, please include the following information in your email: 

  • Name and email associated with the purchase
  • Shipping address for the return label
  • Order number 
  • Problem with the product (ie. Damaged, wrong scent/artwork, etc.) 

If you received the wrong product, please include the information of the correct product so we can get that sent out to you ASAP. 

 

You can return the product and request a refund within 60 days of delivery.

Q: How long will it take to get my soap?

A: This depends on the shipping method and where you're located, but we generally ship out 2-3 business days after receiving your order.

 

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Currently within the United States. Can't wait to get your CannedGood but you're in a different country? Send us a message! We'd love to hear from you and see what we can arrange.

 

Q: How do you ship your products?

A: Very carefully :)  Every order is packed by hand using the most recycled and recyclable materials available.

 

Q: My soap arrived damaged, what do I do?
