- Shipping address for the return label

- Problem with the product (ie. Damaged, wrong scent/artwork, etc.)

A: This depends on your zip code - but most Indianapolis zip codes qualify! You can select this option at checkout. Not sure? Reach out! We're happy to do what we can to get you soap fast and cut down on our carbon footprint and shipping pollution.
